“We hired Ariana to be a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to help us with any questions/issues we had during the planning process. Our wedding was not held at a traditional "venue", which put a lot more on our shoulders from a planning aspect. Because of this, we had so many different companies to communicate with. Ariana was there every step of the way to ensure that every detail was correct. She took charge in reaching out to vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, and that they were fulfilling their contracts. Whenever we had questions and reached out to her, we received a response in a timely manner. Even if it was a weekend or holiday, Ariana would respond promptly. She provided us with a check-list every several months out, and then several weeks out, to help us make sure we were on track. This helped us tremendously. There were so many small details that my wife and I never even thought of until Ariana brought them to our attention. The day of, Ariana and her team were crucial in every aspect from ensuring that the vendors were fulfilling their contracts, to setting up and breaking down the venue. Simply put, we would not have been able to do it without their help. There's so much to do as the bride and groom as it is. The small details would have gone overlooked. During the ceremony and reception, Ariana and her team made sure everyone was staying on track with the time line. She made sure we stopped and ate, provided us drinks, and most importantly, made sure we stopped and took a minute to sit back and just relax to take it all in. Everyone associated with AMC Weddings was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Some of our guests made it a point to tell us how nice Ariana and her team were. Anything wedding related is stressful and time consuming, but having a team help you makes it that much easier. “Ariana is a wedding day angel. As a former event planner, I had a lot of special requests and high expectations. Although I’ve planned events for hundreds of people before, I’ve never planned a wedding and that’s where Ariana really shined. Things I would have never thought of were constantly happening in the background and I never had to worry about any of it. We got married in a church, and even the priest mentioned that she is more professional and put together than most so called “planners”. She’s kind, detail oriented, a great listener, and she anticipates needs - which is the most important.
